Anxiety is something that I personally experience daily and over the years I’ve learnt ways to manage it. Being honest there isn’t one simple solution, but I find having a toolbox of methods you can utilise depending on how you feel can be a huge help. On one day you may find a short walk is enough to relieve your anxiety, but on other days it may feel like nothing’s working. The five methods I share in this episode are my personal safety blanket and anchor that always help me gain relief and "feel myself" again. I share them with an open heart in the hope they can help you too.
