    2026/03/01

In this session, Erin Warren teaches through John 15. Jesus gives His final “I AM” Statement: I AM the True Vine. His call to abide in Him is a reminder that Jesus is our Source for life and sustains us through every circumstance, allowing us to bear fruit for God’s glory. As Jesus prepares to leave them physically, Jesus’ words bolster their faith, so they don’t abandon faith in the face of opposition - both from the world and their community. When we abide and remain steadfast in Him and in His Word, the result is a changed life and we do not wither in hard circumstances.

In this session, Erin Warren teaches through John 14. Jesus continues to encourage His disciples. He speaks the sixth “I AM” statement, “I AM the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” He calls the disciples and us to show our love for Him through our obedience, but knowing we cannot do it alone, Jesus also promises a “Helper”, the Holy Spirit who not only dwells with us, but in us. It’s a reminder to hold fast to faith and truth, even when things do not go as planned.

In this session, Erin Warren teaches through John 13. This chapter brings us into what is called the Upper Room discourse (John 13-17), covering the final meal and conversation Jesus has with His disciples before His arrest. Jesus begins with washing His disciples feet, calling them to serve as He as served and love as He has loved. Jesus predicts Judas’ betrayal and Peter’s denial, but through it all, John reminds us that Jesus willingly lays His life down to do for us what we cannot do for ourselves.

    2026/02/04

In this session, Erin Warren teaches through John 12. The Passover feast is approaching. Many seek Jesus and believe in Him because of the testimony of Lazarus and those who witnessed his resurrection, while the religious leaders seek even more to kill Jesus. This chapter is culmination of all John has written, leading to Jesus’ final plea: Believe in me and find life. Those who believe and follow Jesus, the Light of the World, are children of light. Those who refuse to believe walk in darkness. The divide between the two groups widens, but John reminds us (through many, many Old Testament references) that all of Scripture tells ONE story: the story of Jesus, our Redeemer and King.

In this session, Erin Warren teaches through John 11. Lazarus, one of Jesus’ friends, has died, and despite objections from His disciples, Jesus arrives four days after his death. In a conversation with Mary (Larazrus’ sister), Jesus gives the fifth “I AM” statement: “I AM the Resurrection and the Life.” Jesus knows going to bring life to Lazarus ultimately leads to His death, but He goes willingly and raises Lazarus from the dead. This central story in the gospel gives a clear picture of what Jesus came to do: He came to lay His life down that we might find life. We see the divine grief of our suffering Savior, His power to raise us to new life, and the Good Shepherd who lays down His life for His sheep.

    2025/11/13

In this session, Erin H. Warren teaches on John 10, which takes place at both the Feast of Tabernacles and the Feast of Dedication. Jesus makes two “I AM” statements: I AM the Door and I AM the Good Shepherd, proving Himself to be the only way to the Father and the more and better shepherd. Unlike the religious leaders, who look out for themselves like the shepherds of Ezekiel 34, Jesus fulfills the role of Good Shepherd, one who cares for, guides, provides for, and protects His sheep.

    2025/10/29

In this session, Erin H. Warren teaches on John 9. Still at the Feast of Tabernacles, Jesus passes a man who was born blind. He heals him, saying that his blindness was so that the works of God may be displayed in his life. The Pharisees question the man and his family, trying to discredit Jesus. They refuse to see truth and are spiritually blind, while this man who was born blind sees and believes. It is the exclamation point on Jesus' statements about living water and "I AM the Light of the World".

    2025/10/25

In this session, Erin H. Warren teaches through John 8. Still at the Feast of Tabernacles, Jesus declares "I AM the Light of the World. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." The Pharisees continue to challenge and question Jesus. Jesus speaks boldly, saying that they are of the devil because they refuse to believe or speak truth. The Jews reference Abraham as their father, but Jesus reminds them that it is not birth that saves them, but faith. With one final bold statement Jesus declares, "Before Abraham was, I AM."
