we've reached the end of our time with ccc for now (we're doing gil's route and the true end next year), and it's a rather unsatisfying ending for all involved, but mostly us. some of that was to be expected, since there are as many questions left unanswered as there are sakuras we could have been nicer to, but our issues are more general in nature. at least we got to talk about two fantastic movies and the stuff we did enjoy in ccc before the end.

sorry everyone, this has become an arknights podcast. it wasn't on purpose and we didn't do it intentionally but we and our guests simply have good taste and so there's another long arknights section of the pod this time around, along with references throughout. maybe some day we'll do a structured pod, though at this point we'll have talked about all of arknights before we get there. anyway, the main topic this week is melt. she's great. we talk a lot about what works and doesn't about her chapter as well as the excellent 2018 film shoplifters.
