FAMU Softball and Baseball have delivered on much of the promise that those who have been looking forward to conference play were hoping for.

Additionally FAMU Track was busy across the train tracks at the FSU Relays and Rattler Nation prepares for the upcoming Orange and Green Spring Game.

It's always good to be a Rattler but this week in particular has Rattler Nation excited as we're getting some prepared for what could be a solid two weeks.

FAMU basketball fans are either thankful that it's over or really proud of what the teams accomplished.

On one end the Men’s basketball team fell short as the two seed in the SWAC tournament at a time when they were the highest seed left in the tournament.

While the Women’s team exceeded the expectations of many at a critical time in the year which may have some asking the questions of will we be seeing the return of both basketball coaches.

But on the heels of this devastating end FAMU softball brought out the good brooms while the baseball team had an up and down performance against Southern.

Also Spring Football quietly moves about as we prepare for what we hope to be a massive rebound from the previous season's results.

Someone is calling in the Big Guns and per the usual the Rattlers in Arms have answered the call.

Today we have the Dr. Pickett on the show to talk about the organization's efforts to support FAMU Athletics and other aspects of the university.

The organization has begun a March Madness Membership Drive.

This membership drive an organization has a fresh take on fan engagement which is sorely needed.

In what in comparison to others is a relatively short time the organization has been able to raise over a half of a million dollars which have all been used to support FAMU students.

The organization has made major moves in a small amount of time and we are glad to not only talk about them but to be all be it small part of those who support this organization.
