Gather your family and your favourite drawing tools: paper, pencils, pens, crayons or your magical creating stick as we go on a step-by-step adventure to craft a unique and colourful landscape.

This episode is all about fun, creativity, and connection. As we draw, we'll also practice gratitude by sharing "3 Gems” the best moments from our day. Whether it's a big event, a tiny laugh, or a simple pleasure, every good thing counts!

Looking for GEMs in our life trains our brain to look for more goodness & appreciate the special moments that we may have missed while listening to our brains focus on what didn’t go well (thanks negativity bias!).

Recorded outside in the soothing sounds of nature, in Gems garden, this session offers a perfect opportunity to give your brain a break, get creative, and bond with your loved ones.

No artistic skills are required! Just an open mind and a willingness to enjoy the process.
