• 36. Feeling Anxious and Out of Control? How to Trust God’s Plan When You Want Answers Now
    2026/06/04

Do you ever feel like your anxiety gets worse when life does not go according to your plan?

Are you tired of trying to control every outcome, timeline, and what-if in your mind?

What if peace begins with one small step of obedience instead of having the whole situation figured out?

In this episode, I’m sharing the story of Naaman in 2 Kings 5 so you can learn how to release control, trust God’s process, and take the next small faithful step when life feels uncertain.

Naaman came to God needing healing, but the answer did not look the way he expected. Instead of a big dramatic moment, he was given a simple instruction: wash in the Jordan River seven times.

His story reminds us that God’s way may not always match our expectations, but His way is still good, purposeful, and trustworthy.

If you have been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or frustrated because God’s answer does not look like what you imagined, this episode will encourage you to stop clinging to control and start trusting the Provider more than the problem.

  • 35. Why You Feel Far From God When You’re Anxious: How Attachment Styles Affect Your Faith
    2026/06/01

Do you know God loves you, but still struggle to feel safe, calm, or held when anxiety rises?

Does your faith ever feel more like a checklist than a relationship?

Have you ever pulled away from God or isolated yourself when you actually needed Him most?

In this episode, I’m sharing how attachment can shape the way we experience anxiety, relationships, and even our connection with God so you can understand your patterns with more compassion and begin learning that you are safe with Him.

We talk about what attachment is in a simple way, how early relationships can shape the way we feel safe and connected, and why anxiety can sometimes make God feel distant even when He has not moved.

You’ll also learn how anxious attachment can turn faith into performance, how grace frees us from trying to earn God’s love, and why safe, godly community matters when we are carrying heavy burdens.

This episode is for the anxious mom who loves God but still struggles to rest in His love, feels pressure to get everything right, or finds herself carrying too much alone.

  • 34. Overwhelmed by Maycember? How Anxious Moms Can Find Peace When the Calendar Feels Too Full
    2026/05/28

Does your May calendar feel so full that your body feels tense before the day even starts?

Are you carrying the teacher gifts, class parties, field trips, summer planning, permission slips, and all the invisible mental load in your head?

Do you feel like if you forget one thing, say no to one thing, or simplify one thing, you are somehow failing as a mom?

In this episode, I’m sharing how anxious moms can find peace in the middle of Maycember chaos so you can stop proving your worth through a packed calendar and start receiving God’s grace for today.

Maycember can feel overwhelming because it is not just the events on the calendar. It is the constant remembering, deciding, rushing, transitioning, and trying to hold everything together. And for some of us, especially if school goes until the end of June, Maycember feels more like a two-month marathon than one busy month.

We are talking about three simple, practical ways to protect your peace when the calendar feels too full: lowering the mental load, creating 30-second transition pauses, and regulating before responding. We also look at Luke 5:16, Matthew 6:34, and Luke 10:38-42 to remember that Jesus modeled limits, God gives grace for today, and our kids need our presence more than our perfection.

  • 33. Running on Empty? How Anxious Moms Can Trust God’s Provision When Life Feels Like Too Much
    2026/05/25

Do you ever feel like you do not have enough patience, energy, peace, or emotional capacity to get through the day?

Are you carrying “what if” thoughts about your kids, your finances, your future, or whether you are doing enough as a mom?

What would change if you brought your “not enough” to God instead of trying to carry it all alone?

In this episode, I’m sharing what 2 Kings 4:38–44 teaches us about God’s provision when life feels heavy, uncertain, or like what we have is not enough. We look at the story of Elisha, the poisoned stew, and the bread that seemed too small to feed 100 men — and how God brought life, safety, and provision right in the middle of famine.

If you are an anxious mom feeling overwhelmed by the mental load, financial stress, motherhood pressure, or constant “what if” thoughts, this episode will help you shift from control to entrusting, trade “what if” for “even if,” and replace ruminating with remembering God’s faithfulness.

  • 32. When You Feel Like You’ve Lost Yourself in Motherhood: 5 Biblical Truths for Anxious Moms
    2026/05/21

Do you ever feel like everyone needs you, but no one really sees you?

Have you wondered, “Who am I outside of being Mom?”

Are you craving a reminder that your identity is deeper than the laundry, snacks, schedules, and constant needs?

In this episode, I’m sharing 5 truths to remember when you feel like you’re losing yourself in motherhood so you can come back to who God says you are — His daughter, deeply seen, fully loved, created with purpose, and restored by His presence.

Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel consuming. Between the mental load, the invisible work, the emotional needs, and the constant pouring out, it’s easy to feel like pieces of you have gone quiet.

But Mama, you are not disappearing. God still knows your name, sees your heart, and is gently reminding you that before you are needed by anyone else, you are already loved by Him.

In today’s episode, we talk about:

    1. Remembering your first identity — you are God’s daughter before you are anyone’s caretaker.
    2. Letting God see what feels unseen — your hidden work, tears, prayers, and sacrifices matter to Him.
    3. Reclaiming your God-given purpose — motherhood shapes you, but it does not erase your gifts.
    4. Receiving love before you keep giving — you are loved, not just needed.
    5. Letting God restore the woman within — He can renew the parts of you that feel worn down.

Have you ever wondered if you’re doing enough as a mom?

Do you ever look back on the hard moments and worry that your kids are only going to remember the worst parts of you?

What if your children are receiving more love, safety, prayer, and faithfulness from you than you realize?

In this special Mother’s Day episode, I’m doing something a little different. My 6-year-old daughter is joining me on the podcast to interview me about motherhood, faith, family, what I love about being her mom, and what I hope she remembers as she grows up.

This sweet conversation is a reminder for the anxious mom who feels like she’s not doing enough: your kids do not need a perfect mom. They need a mom who loves them, prays for them, says sorry when she needs to, and keeps pointing them back to Jesus.

Motherhood is messy, funny, stretching, and beautiful all at the same time — and God’s grace meets us right in the middle of it.
