Today, we’re talking about something that I believe can be deeply misunderstood but profoundly powerful : movement—yes, exercise, stretching, even chasing toddlers—as a ministry. A way to glorify God with our bodies and renew our spirits at the same time.
As moms, our days are often very full—full of tiny feet running around, full of laundry piles, full of work responsibilities and sometimes even full of exhaustion, but if you think about it, they’re also full of opportunities to meet God in the everyday, in the mundane, and in the exhaustion.
Join us as we work to redefine fitness and see how it truly is an act of worship, and how we incorporate it into our everyday lives.
