👋🏻I’m Sarah — Christian mom of three (under the age of 6), women’s health coach, and lukewarm coffee enthusiast — and I know what it feels like to love Jesus deeply while living in a body that's exhausted, a mind that's overwhelmed, and a heart that's carrying the weight of marriage, motherhood, work, home and EVERYTHING in between.

Over the last several years through much trial and many difficult seasons, God has led the way and helped me gain wisdom, clarity and zeal for life and motherhood – without following the extreme health culture, holding myself to impossible standards, or striving for perfection on my own. This podcast was born from not only my own journey, but those that I've heard and helped through similar seasons of learning how to steward our health, renew our mind, and stay rooted in Christ through simple rhythms that work in real life.     Today, we’re talking about something that I believe can be deeply misunderstood but profoundly powerful : movement—yes, exercise, stretching, even chasing toddlers—as a ministry. A way to glorify God with our bodies and renew our spirits at the same time.

    As moms, our days are often very full—full of tiny feet running around, full of laundry piles, full of work responsibilities and sometimes even full of exhaustion, but if you think about it, they’re also full of opportunities to meet God in the everyday, in the mundane, and in the exhaustion.

    Living Water .. Life of abundance, peace, prosperity, joy, salvation .. THIS is what we are promised, sis! Jesus essentially tells us that when we trust in Him, rely on Him, and cling to Him - this life of abundance will flow THROUGH and OUT OF us. Amazing; what a blessing!
