2 Corinthians 5:11-15: "A Ministry Motivated by Fear and Love"

Paul continues to explain the source of his boldness and authority. He talks about the factors that motivate his ministry. The fear of the Lord motivates him to share the Good News of Salvation with those under God's judgment. Christ's love compels him to die to himself. This reframes the argument with the Corinthians: if they have died with Jesus and been raised to new life, they don't have a problem with Paul's authority and boldness; they have a problem with God.
