What does foot washing look like today? It looks like:

• Encouraging someone who is struggling.

• Serving in areas nobody notices.

• Helping without being asked.

• Meeting practical needs.

• Listening when others need someone to care.

• Giving time, energy, and resources for the benefit of others.

The towel may look different. The principle remains the same.

There is something beautiful about watching generations together. A grandparent holding the hand of a child. Parents singing beside teenagers in worship. Older saints praying faithfully while young believers serve passionately. Wisdom and wonder standing side by side. That is the picture God gives us of His church. God's design is a multigenerational church where faith is passed down, lived out, and strengthened together.

And perhaps one of the clearest earthly pictures of that kind of church is found in the life of a godly mother. A faithful mother reflects many of the very qualities that make a healthy church strong.
