  • The Command to Remember | Pastor Ryan Follis

In this sermon, we begin a new series on “Dwelling” by exploring the often-overlooked biblical Festival of Booths, or Tabernacles. While Christians commonly emphasize Passover as fulfilled in Easter and Pentecost as the giving of the Holy Spirit, this third festival invites us to remember God’s presence and provision in the wilderness.

Through stories of humble homes, tents, temporary shelters, and seasons of both plenty and need, the message challenges us to reconsider what truly matters. Even when life feels abundant, God calls His people to remember where they came from, loosen their grip on temporary comforts, and recognize that this world is not our final home.

Drawing from Leviticus 23 and 2 Corinthians 5, this sermon connects Passover, Pentecost, and Tabernacles to salvation, sanctification, and God’s abiding presence. It invites us to live with gratitude, simplicity, and hope as we journey toward our heavenly dwelling with God.

  • The Invited | Pastor Ryan Follis
    2026/09/30

In this concluding message of the “Room at the Table” series, we revisit Jesus’ parables of the Great Banquet and look ahead to the wedding feast of the Lamb in Revelation 19. The invitation of God is personal, gracious, and already paid in full through Christ. There is a seat at the table, even for you.

But the sermon also reminds us that we are not only invited guests—we are servants sent to invite others. Personal evangelism is not about marketing strategies, postcards, or church events alone. It begins with relationships, love, and the joy of sharing what Christ has done.

This message challenges the church to embrace its calling: to welcome the marginalized, serve the hungry, care for the hurting, and make room for others in the family of God. The banquet is coming, the invitation is still going out, and there is still room at the table.

  • The Invitation without Reservation | Pastor Ryan Follis
    2026/09/21

In this message, we continue exploring Jesus’ parable of the Great banquet—this time through Matthew 22—and the urgent call for believers to extend God’s invitation without fear or excuses.

The sermon challenges us to consider why inviting others to church can feel so difficult in today’s culture. From fear of rejection to assumptions people carry about the church, we’re reminded that the invitation may not always be received warmly, but the servant’s role is still to go.

Through the picture of a king preparing a wedding feast for his son, we see the heart of God: everyone is invited, the banquet is meant to be full, and the call goes out to “the good and the bad alike.” But the message also reminds us that responding to the invitation means being clothed in Christ’s righteousness and transformed through discipleship.

This episode is a challenge to live with urgency, courage, and compassion—seeing the people around us not as projects, but as those God deeply desires to bring to His table.
