In this episode, Joy invites us to see ourselves through a different lens, ones of unconditional love, compassion, and wholeness. We are reminded that we are sovereign beings with an innate capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with our true nature.
We are also encouraged to release survival-based thinking and open to a more expansive way of perceiving ourselves and the world. Joy guides us to imagine being seen through the "eyes of spirit," allowing divine love and appreciation to illuminate even the parts of ourselves that have felt forgotten or wounded.
Finally, Joy explores the subtle language of signs, synchronicities, and inner knowing, encouraging us to trust the gentle guidance always available to us.
Processing episodes help release our burdens and points of suffering, enabling us to break free from their hold.
