What if the version of success you’re working so hard to achieve was never really yours? After a five-figure mentorship investment left Elizabeth Plancon spiraling under the pressure to reach a prescribed financial goal, the experience ultimately redirected her toward work more aligned with her own gifts and purpose—and taught her that the most consequential return on an investment may not be the one you expected.

Elizabeth Plancon is a Soul Purpose Activator, Intuitive Spiritual Mentor, and Healer devoted to helping women awaken their intuitive gifts, activate their soul purpose, heal past wounds and programming that no longer serves them, and step into their most radiant, magnetic, and abundant selves.

As the creator of The Light Council™, and her signature approach blends Light Language, energy healing, somatic work, Kundalini Yoga, subconscious reprogramming, and psychic guidance. Her work facilitates deep nervous system expansion, soul-level healing, and energetic embodiment, so her clients don’t just shift their mindset, they transform their entire frequency.

In her private mentorship containers, Elizabeth works with purpose-driven women who know they’re here to lead, to serve, to create impact, but feel stuck in fear, self-doubt, or old conditioning. She also offers individual sessions for deep healing and transformation.

How many times can you say yes before your body says no for you? Niky Hamilton was running a clinic, leading a retreat, supporting her family, carrying profound grief, and still showing up smiling at an awards night as her vision began to disappear. Nearly losing her sight forced a new standard for leadership, one that no longer required losing herself in order to be everything to everyone.

Niky Hamilton is a resilience speaker, coach, author and retreat facilitator who helps women and leaders navigate life’s setbacks and rise into stronger self-leadership.

Originally trained as a physiotherapist, Niky built a successful physiotherapy practice on the Sunshine Coast, growing a team of 14 women and developing a deep passion for leadership and team culture.

Her life took an unexpected turn when she experienced the devastating loss of her son. In the quiet aftermath of grief, where brain fog, exhaustion and overwhelming emotions often live, Niky began a journey of deep personal transformation.

Through further training in leadership, coaching, mindfulness and emotional resilience, she developed powerful tools to help others navigate life when everything changes.

Today Niky speaks, coaches and facilitates retreats that help people manage emotions, build resilience, lead themselves with courage and transform life’s hardest moments into clarity, strength and direction. Her message is simple yet powerful: resilience isn’t about bouncing back, it’s about rising into who you are becoming.

  • Becoming Through Radical Self-Honesty | Raquel Ploum

What if the most difficult person you need to confront is yourself? After the end of a twenty-four-year marriage and repeated losses in relationships and friendships, Raquel Ploum recognized herself as the common denominator and began a prolonged period of self-examination that changed the direction of her life.

Elba Raquel Ploum is the author of Meant for MORE: Uncover Repressed Trauma to Find Your Fuego Within. She is a tenacious and vivacious firecracker born to a Honduran immigrant and raised in the Louisiana heat. She was the second youngest of six siblings.

Raquel has a passion for global travel, and she has lived in Sun City, South Africa; Tokyo, Japan; Paris, France; and on both coasts of the United States. She prioritizes personal development and participates in healing retreats and coaching for personal growth.

After a lifetime of suppressing trauma, Raquel dedicated a few years to intentional solitude and taking an honest, in-depth look at herself. She found aspects she did not like and committed to working on them. While reflecting on her life, she organically created her 4-Step Emotional Intelligence Formula, a process to acknowledge and evaluate your inner world.

Now, she is that vivacious girl again, and spends her time dancing, reading, shooting pool, and soaking up every minute she gets to spend with her two grown children Ashley and Elijah, her granddaughter Mia, and her four-legged fur baby Gracie.
