This episode is the first of a three part series on Pentecost and the Holy Spirit. We discuss what Pentecost is, when it occurred, when it is celebrated and elements of the Person and Work of the Holy Spirit. This discussion touches on Scripture from Genesis 1:1-2, John 14:16-17 & 25-27, John 15:26-27, John 16:5-7, Acs 1:1-8 & 2:1-28, Romans 8:26-27, 2 Corinthians 3:17-18, Galatians 5:22-23 and Revelation 22:17.
Examining Scripture is targeted to Believers in Jesus Christ. Our thesis is the Bible intimidates Christians. As laypeople, we encourage Believers to seek answers to their circumstances by going into scripture to find what God has to say.
