Isaiah promises a joy called "everlasting"—not a mood that fades by morning, but a gladness that outlasts death itself and belongs specifically to "the ransomed of the LORD." This joy has a destination, Zion, the very presence of God, where the redeemed come "with singing" and take firm hold of gladness as their guaranteed inheritance. Revelation 21:4 shows the finished promise—God wiping away every tear until sorrow, death, and crying are gone for good—while Jude 24 assures you will be presented faultless before His glory "with exceeding joy," secured entirely by His power. So the most urgent question of all remains: are you among the ransomed of the Lord, or are you settling for fleeting happiness when everlasting joy is being held out to you right now?
