Rooted in Ephesians 4:11–13, our mission is to build up the Body of Christ, unite believers in truth, and equip one another—peers, families, leaders, and fellow disciples—to live out and share their faith with confidence.


Meet Your Host:

I’m Latoya Morris, and I’m here to walk with you on this journey of growing in God’s Word and stepping into discipleship with confidence. With over 12 years of business coaching experience, a B.A. in Marketing Communications, and seminary training through coursework, I bring both a practical coaching background and a biblical foundation to every episode.


After meeting so many believers who were eager to grow in God’s Word but felt unsure of where to start—or didn’t feel equipped to disciple others—I knew I had to create Equip the Next. My heart is to give you encouragement, tools, and clarity so you can strengthen your own walk with Christ and help others do the same.
