    This vulnerable episode I share a tad about what's been circulating through my mind as a 25 year old, realizing how fast time is going by, 2023 is almost coming to its final quarter. I explain how that has made me want to slow down a bit mentally and physically. 

     

    I've chosen to listen to some wise words I've read, bringing light that time is some of the most precious things we have, and neither of us know, just how much we have. It's simply a betting game every waking moment. Which brings in the ultimate question, what are you doing with your time? Are you satisfied with who you give your time to? When we think like this it causes a chain reaction to then begin wondering why we do the things we do, if we understand that our earthly clock is always ticking down.
