Welcome to The P3 Podcast—a podcast at the intersection of Christ and Culture! Where faith, music, life, fatherhood, relationships, and everything in between collide.
In episode 9, we’re getting into a conversation that’s rarely had and often neglected… Men’s Mental Health. Why is it so hard for men to admit when they’re not okay?
Why are men so often expected to be strong for everybody else while silently struggling themselves? What happens when “man up” becomes a reason to shut down, when “I’m good” really masks "I'm drowning."
We’re talking about masculinity, vulnerability, and the pressure men carry behind closed doors. From the expectations society places on men to the role the church plays in how we approach mental health, we’re challenging the idea that strength means suffering in silence.
Because being strong doesn't mean you never struggle, and asking for help doesn't make you any less of a man.
