Have you ever felt that split-second urge to jump in—to fix it, defend somebody, explain yourself, rescue the situation, or make something happen before it all falls apart?
If that sounds like you, this episode is for you. Especially if you’re the woman everybody counts on—the one who loves deeply, notices everything, and is usually halfway into solving the problem before she has even stopped to ask God what He wants her to do.

So before you jump into the next thing that feels urgent, let’s slow down and ask one honest question: Is this reaction coming from anxiety—or from obedience?
