このコンテンツについて
This is a frank conversation about life during a time of war, not a geopolitical debate. We focus on the different ways in which the Swiss and the American publics react to what’s happening in Ukraine. Does geographic proximity make a difference in perception? And does it affect our ability and willingness to empathise? We're also delving into some philosophical questions: Is this the return of history with a vengeance and, if so, why did it disappear in the first place? What about our general (in)ability to relate culturally and historically to certain conflicts but not to others? And how about that off-ramp for Putin? We don't have all the answers. What's clear to us is that this war raises deep moral questions on every level - for the conflicting parties as well as the world at large.
