You don't have to agree with someone to honor them. Celebration leaves little room for jealousy to take root. When we celebrate we recognize each person has unique gifts and talents they bring to the table; celebration takes the focus off ourselves. Too many people try to be the "hero" of a team. There is only one hero. Jesus. Becky also spoke with us about leading women, she is super passionate about building female leaders at all levels in the local church.
