Join me on this episode while I talk about what NOT to say to someone who is Grieving. I will also discuss how I handled so many comments from people on the " other" side of grief and how I responded.
We all Grieve in Different ways and sometimes all we need is someone to listen and be present for us when we are having a bad day!
I encourage those who may not have actually dealt with a major loss to listen, and maybe learn a little on how to be that person that your loved one has chosen to open up to and how to just BE THERE for them going forward.
