Due to unforeseen circumstances, it has taken a few months for this episode to be edited and uploaded. This episode was recorded back in May, so some of the topics and conversations reflect what was happening at the time.

In Episode 6, I have a chat with Emma, who is part of the team at RunThrough UK, one of the biggest running event companies in the UK.

We chat about Emma's journey, both in her personal life and career, as well as some of her favourite achievements and races over the years. It's always fascinating to hear about the experiences that have helped shape someone's running journey, and Emma has plenty of stories to share!

We also talk about the advice she has for new runners, as well as those who have their sights set on conquering the London Marathon or another marathon. Whether you're just starting out or working towards that next big challenge, there are some great tips and insights in this episode.
