Ketamine, Nothingness, and the Reset Your Soul Has Been Waiting For
Hormones wake up your body. But what wakes up your soul?
My first time with ketamine, I ended up flat on a dance floor swearing I’d never touch it again. Years later, with the right guidance and intention, it became my favorite reset button.
In this episode, I sit down with two women who made that shift possible.
Meg Randle, NP, is my personal ketamine therapist. She prescribes my medicine and guides me through the process. We talk about how at-home ketamine therapy works, who it’s for, and what changed for me and my husband.
Sarah Cunningham, MSc, is a neuropsychology-trained practitioner who supports clients in ketamine clinics and founded VoyageKit. She takes us deeper into integration: how to prepare, what to do with what comes up, and how to make the reset last.
We also get into why “nothingness” can be the most healing place you’ve ever been, and why midlife women carrying everyone might need this kind of reset most.
This is not medical advice. Ketamine is a prescription medicine. Talk to a licensed provider before starting.
