"My father always blamed Lucy, my older sister. Dad had instructed her to watch over me and my twin brother, but we were notoriously difficult to supervise. She always resented being stuck with us. I can’t say I blame her. Grant and I made it our mission to sneak away from her at every opportunity. Still, it really wasn’t her fault, what happened to Grant. It was mine. I’ve just never had the courage to tell anyone the truth."
