Halley Stocks is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an Integrative Health Coach with a mission to empower women to sculpt powerful minds and bodies. After 9 years in the traditional model of physical therapy, Halley felt there was something missing from her ability to truly help her clients in a holistic way, which prompted her transition to coaching. In this role, she gets to form deep connections with clients, guiding them not only to alleviate the pain she focused on as a PT, but to achieve strength, weight loss, and newfound pride in their own abilities.

Having been through her own personal journey overcoming anorexia and other adversities, Halley knows that health is so much more than just the food on our plates and she loves helping her clients to peel back the layers, dig into the roots, get clear on their goals, and make sustainable, transformative changes.
