Tiffany is now 13–almost 14–and settling into her witch training in Lancre. She has it almost down to an art, helping her witch, the 113 year-old judge Miss Treason, and visiting Granny Weatherwax whenever she can. But one cold night, Miss Treason takes her to see a Dark Morris, the dance that summons winter. Tiffany gets caught up in the beat and joins the dance…only to attract the romantic attention of the Wintersmith, the avatar of winter. Now, Tiffany must face him or risk eternal winter on the Disc.
