Michael continues season five of the Walk On Podcast with Paul Leone, Executive Director of the New York State Brewers Association.
"Believe in your dream, it may come true. Believe in yourself and it will come true."
Paul began his career as a multi-media producer for the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown, New York. He soon moved on to editing, shooting, and producing several series for cable television and later worked in the studio, agency, and advertising industry. As a TV producer, he wrote and developed several television pilots on American craft beer, the first few hosted by Dogfish Heads Sam Calagione. Although they were never picked up, he discovered his passion for craft beer, and knew what he wanted to do as a career moving forward.
Michael and Paul discuss the motivating power of failure in career trajectories, why showing up matters, and of course, the state of New York's beer industry.
Walk On is a podcast about the journey of finding passion in a life of purpose and turning that into leadership through conversations with people living aligned and fulfilling existences.
Michael Mills is a communications consultant and Executive Leadership and Performance Coach, with more than 30 years of public affairs experience at agencies and corporations, nonprofits, and trade associations.
