Karen Kokowicz, CCAM, is the President and Owner of Coro Community Management & Consulting, bringing nearly three decades of experience in community association management and consulting. Beginning her career as a portfolio manager and later serving as an onsite manager, Karen has held a variety of leadership roles throughout the industry. She holds the CCAM, CMCA, and PCAM designations and is the founder of Happy Minds Network, a peer to peer support organization focused on connecting community association managers and promoting professional and personal wellness within the industry.
