This dramatic episode of Past & Printed (and our first from the 1870s) takes us to the ardently abolitionist, fervently religious, and surprisingly interesting town of Warren, Ohio and their newspaper, the Western Reserve Chronicle.
This was actually a more interesting read than I originally expected, and took me (and by extension you, dear listener) down a couple or three rabbit holes!
