We get things started by talking about our experiences having each run our first marathon in Richmond, which was not the most spectacular day for any of us but an awesome experience nonetheless. We then move on to why they started running, what is has meant to their lives, and the formation of SPARC Worldwide, their nonprofit organization benefitting kids in their community.  These guys are awesome and, along with their group, they're doing awesome things.
