This can be in the form of a partner, girlfriend or boyfriend, friend, relative or someone you may not even know as part as an investment group.

But with this, it sometimes doesn't all go to plan, and therefore there is plenty to think about when purchasing a new property with someone else. This can range from agreements, to plans or strategies to much more, and we cover this all in Episode 046.
