Pilar is a 3rd Year Brock University student, a multi-sport athlete, kickboxing coach as well as the 2018 Pan Am gold medalist in kickboxing. I had the opportunity to chat with Pilar earlier this year in the Brock Mental Health series and it was a pleasure to have her on again.
