As a result, it’s easy to be disconnected and feel like you are all on your own. In this episode Brian, Jeannette, and Debi delve into the topic of isolation and brainstorm solutions on how to get beyond detachment and desperation. They are joined by genocide survivor,Amra Sabic-El-Rayes, who shares her courageous story and offers advice on how all of us can combat isolation and fear. In addition, Brian, Jeannette, and Debi tackle the pros and cons of a hero’s journey, which is often a solo quest, as well as address viewer questions, including how many people feel alone right now, even though they live with other people.
