What was it really like to work at 357? And what about the regulars who became such familiar faces over the years?

In Episode 8, Ty and Luke talk about the staff, regulars and unforgettable characters who helped make 357 what it was. They share how they found the right people to work in a very unusual workplace, the rules staff had to follow, and why some employees stayed with them for decades.

Then there were the clients. At its peak, around 3,000 men a week were coming through the doors of 357. Some became such regulars that 357 introduced its very own loyalty program, the appropriately named “Frequent Fucker” card. Over the years, some regulars became incredibly familiar to the staff and 357 became an important part of their lives.

Ty and Luke also reflect on the incredible mix of people who came through the venue over the years and why creating a place where everyone felt welcome was so important to them.

As always, there are plenty of stories along the way, including a memorable encounter with a very confident older gentleman, a police search that ended with an unexpected escape.
