Today’s episode is a throwback to late 2022 and features local comedians Kendra Dawsey, Kate Nichols and Madelein Murphy Smith who all performed at our inaugural live Sacred Comedy show in Jersey City! I talk about the origins of the project and the road that led me there (in lots of detail!), how I decided to start my own production company (a long time coming) and why I created a recurring standup comedy show/energy circle event (also a long time coming) that combined self-care with laughter as a form of healing. We talk about how comedy heals, why they do what they do, and how it feels to kill! If you liked this episode, please rate, review and share! We love and appreciate your engagement and support!
