Isn't there something wonderfully comforting about a Sunday morning? In this short, cosy episode, I'm sharing an ode to slow living that i wrote. The lie-ins, the birdsong outside my window (hello, Whitey the robin 🐦), a cup of chai, and finally, that first Sunday roast of the season.
We talk a lot about productivity, but not enough about the quiet joy of doing nothing at all. This episode is a gentle reminder to breathe in the gift of a slow Sunday. The woodland walks, the pocketful of pinecones and to let yourself simply be.
