In this episode of New Fashioned Conservatives, two semi-involved Wisconsin guys dig into David Crowley’s new Milwaukee County budget. First, forgive the audio issues. Justin was somewhere up the Dells and the connection was rough.
Left-wing outlets are already spinning the budget as a careful, responsible plan. The hosts walk through the actual numbers.
They also note the GOP money advantage in the governor’s race. Tiffany’s side is well ahead on cash, but the guys say the momentum still feels like it is moving our way. Crowley charging a door cover to get into events also comes up, which the hosts treat as a strange look for a candidate running on affordability.
