Welcome back! In this episode, I’m thrilled to share my transformative journey from an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise to embracing a harmonious and balanced lifestyle. After enduring fainting spells that left me feeling perplexed and unsettled, I received a diagnosis of dysautonomia and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), which shed light on the underlying issues I was facing.
