In this weeks episode I share that I am starting to have a little more energy. At least at the time of recording I was feeling like I was having a few “good” days in a row and I am ready to put in the “work” to try to get my life back.
I talk about my “ALL OR nothing” thinking. How I go from 0-100 really quick and it is not sustainable.
I also talk about how I am sick of the life I am living. I want my life back, I want myself back. I don’t want OCD to continue to be in control all of the time.
Who am I:hello everyone, I am not a doctor or therapist. I talk about my personal stories and thoughts with the hopes of helping others. I think the best way to start to help each other is by talking about what we are going through.
I am 24 years old and suffer from OCD, anxiety, and I believe mild depression.
I want to share my story with the Intention to show others they are not alone. We are all unique and are going through something different. But I know it helps when I come across someone who lives in a similar way.
