What if the life you're working so hard to build isn't actually aligned with what matters most to you?
Pam Feinberg-Rivkin is joined by coach, consultant, speaker, and author Robert MacPhee for a thoughtful conversation about what it means to live a values-based life. Robert shares how his own path from running a valet parking company to working alongside Jack Canfield eventually led him to focus on helping people identify what truly matters to them. He explains the difference between our priorities, the areas of life that deserve our time and attention, and our ways of being, the qualities that determine how we want to show up in the world.
Their conversation explores why achievement alone does not always create meaning. We can build successful careers, reach goals, and accumulate more while still feeling disconnected from the relationships, health, contribution, and purpose that matter to us. Robert explains how getting clear about our values can create a foundation for better decisions, stronger leadership, rebuilding trust, and responding more intentionally when life becomes stressful or uncertain.
Living your values does not require having everything figured out. It can begin with two simple questions: What is important to me? And who do I want to be?
Sometimes resilience begins by slowing down long enough to make sure the life you're building is one you truly want to live.

Download our complimentary companion resource, Looking Beyond the Behavior, designed to help parents and caregivers shift from asking "What's wrong with my child?" to "What might my child be communicating?" The guide explores how looking at children's emotional, behavioral, and physical health through a holistic lens can open the door to greater understanding, connection, and support.
