Today, we discuss how Paul warned Timothy that modern believers would become lovers of pleasure, and be diverted by entertainment, amusement, and technology. These distractions weaken fellowship, stewardship, worship, and faithfulness. Paul described people who only had a form of godliness, were easily led astray, and were ever learning yet never reaching the truth. The main issue is how they resist the gospel like Jannes and Jambres did. This episode will challenge you, but we feel that you will enjoy studying the Word of God with us today!
