In this episode, I'm sharing what this recent season has looked like for me as I've navigated an RA flare, concerns around Lyme disease, carpal tunnel symptoms, and the emotional toll that comes when your body slows down but life doesn't.

I'll also share parts of my own journey—from leaving the classroom to building an online business—and how God has continued to teach me that beauty from ashes isn't created through striving. It's built through daily obedience.
