What does it mean to live with true biblical humility?
The world often encourages us to promote ourselves, seek recognition, and measure success by how far we rise. But the Kingdom of God operates differently. Jesus showed us that true greatness isn't found in status, attention, or being served—it's found in humbly serving others and living for the glory of God.
Episode 35 explores what biblical humility really means and why it is one of the defining characteristics of mature Christian character. Humility isn't thinking poorly of ourselves or pretending we have no strengths. It's recognizing that our gifts, abilities, opportunities, and accomplishments ultimately come from God and are meant to be used for His purposes and the good of others.
Through the example of Jesus and the words of John the Baptist, we'll discover how humility transforms our relationships, makes us more teachable, frees us from constantly seeking recognition, and helps us depend more fully on God. As Christ becomes greater in our lives, our desire to make ourselves the center begins to fade.
