He is the mastermind & man behind some of the most delicious dishes in the Nati. His food is as unique as his concepts & he’s cookin’ up some new ideas so make sure you pay attention to this guy…he ain’t going nowhere.
This sub-series to Hustle & Brews is about highlighting local hustlers who have collaborated w/ a brewery to create a beer. We have so many DOPE locals (no pun intended) so I love seeing breweries recognizing that & teaming up w/ these folks more frequently on a beer. In this case Kam & Esoteric got together to create “Azalea” a blonde ale w/ chrysanthemum tea, jasmine tea, & orange zest. This is the story on how that brew came to be.
