Today's podcast is about overthinking and why it's impossible to have an inner cheerleader when you are overthinking and why it is so unhealthy and damaging for your mindset, your heartset and your well-being. When overthinking your 'inner mean girl critic' is having an absolute field day. This is what they live for, overthinking, picking apart your actions, even your achievements.
They'll be like, oh, could've done that better. That wasn't good enough. That was rubbish. Worrying if you've said the wrong thing and upset someone. IT IS EXHAUSTING. It's so toxic and it's really unhealthy, but it's so, so common.
I'll share why we overthink, where it originates and why it's so prolific in women and my tips for overcoming the overwhelm, lets's get stuck in!
