概要
In this episode, we dive a bit into the why behind this podcast and I share a bit of my own story about how art has been used in my healing work and what I have planned for this podcast going forward.
*Please forgive/overlook the odd edits in the first section. I got tired of re-recording and trying to get it "just so" and letting go of things and just letting them be is something I'm working on - so I left them as is rather than waiting another 5 months before trying to publish another episode. :)
If you have your own story of how practicing your art has been part of your own transformation, I'd love to hear from you!
