In this episode of Happy Made Easy, we are going to release some of that tension you’re holding onto. Each day more and more stress and anxiety is building and by sitting at our laptops all day we aren’t able to release the build up of this energy. We have to move our bodies. This is one of the reasons that people who are the happiest also tend to move either thru exercise or yoga, etc. I’ve been studying energy in the body and have found that most people have a block in their energy flow in 2 main spots: the hips and shoulders/neck. In a past episode of Happy Made Easy, I taught how to do a few hip stretches that you’ll definitely want to learn, and today we’ll focus on stretching the upper body. This way we can combat the effects of sitting all day and terrible posture, and also release some of the built up tension and stress energy.
