Have you ever looked around at a life you worked hard to build and wondered, “Why don’t I feel more like myself here?”
In this personal episode of Delightfully Dharmic, I share the ache that led my family to sell our home, let go of so much of what we owned, and move to Spain. It’s a conversation about choosing alignment: listening to your intuition, questioning what success means to you, and making room for both the excitement and the grief that come with big life changes.
We’ve just wrapped up at the Global Ayahuasca Forum, and with the busyness of this past week, this episode offers a personal pause between our last guest conversation and our upcoming episode with Tania.
Together, we explore:
• Why gratitude and a longing for change can coexist
• Moving through fear without waiting to feel completely ready
• Navigating big decisions and different readiness levels with your partner
• Letting go of possessions, people-pleasing, and familiar definitions of safety
• Creating space to hear what your own life is asking of you
You don’t have to move countries to choose alignment. Your next brave step might be an honest conversation, a boundary, or giving yourself permission to take a quiet longing seriously.
I’m still in the middle of this story, sharing the messy, beautiful, imperfect process of building a life that feels more like our own.
