Delightfully Dharmic is back. And it’s growing into something a little different. ♡

In this short welcome-back episode, Keilani shares what’s been happening behind the scenes, from moving her family across the world to Spain to reimagining what Delightfully Dharmic can become.

She also introduces a pretty important addition: therapist and longtime friend Tania Beaudoin is joining Keilani as co-host.

Moving forward, Delightfully Dharmic is becoming less about having one particular kind of conversation and more about following the questions we can’t seem to stop asking.

Psychology and spirituality. Relationships and healing. Psychedelics and integration. Ancient wisdom and modern life. Science and mystery. Parenthood, partnership, identity, transition, and what it actually looks like to build a life that feels like your own.

Keilani and Tania will be joined regularly by their husbands and co-hosts, former touring musician and serial entrepreneur Zac Mason and retired Navy SEAL John Beaudoin, bringing their own experiences, questions, perspectives, and a healthy dose of mischief to the conversation.

There will be guests. There will be deeper conversations. There will probably be some disagreement. And we definitely don't expect to figure it all out.

That’s sort of the point.

Welcome to the next chapter of Delightfully Dharmic.

Keep wondering, keep becoming, and we’ll see you next time. ♡
